I blend research, business strategy, and cultural fluency to help organizations, institutions, and Main Street businesses thrive in the age of AI.
"What I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career." (In my Liam Neeson voice.)
Most people who work in AI come from tech. Most people who train business owners come from business schools. Most people who make music and speak on stages come from the creative world. I come from all three. And that's not an accident. It's the whole point.
I hold a PhD in Organizational Leadership and a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I've published white papers on agentic AI and the future of professional work. I teach faculty how to integrate AI into their classrooms. A professor for professors. I don't just use AI. I study how it reshapes the way people think, lead, and build.
15+ years in economic development and entrepreneurship. $326 million in capital and contracts facilitated. 10,000+ business owners trained. I've sat in the rooms where policy meets practice and built programs that moved businesses from struggling to scaling, from idea stage to revenue, from solo operator to employer.
I'm a recording artist. A TEDx speaker. I use hip-hop and pop culture references to teach complex business concepts. I bring soul to a space that desperately needs it, because the best education doesn't feel like education. It feels like discovery.
Whether it's a conference stage, the corporate boardroom, the classroom, or the cookout, I show up the same way. And that's exactly why my approach is so effective.
This is where I teach. New courses every month, live coaching, and a 24/7 AI coach trained on my actual expertise.
You have the audience. I have the curriculum, the delivery, and a 93 NPS to prove it works.
Research meets culture meets live performance. I've keynoted conferences, trained Fortune 500 teams, and yes, I might close your event with an original song.
Thriving in the age of AI isn't a skills problem. It's a psychology problem — and it requires a fundamentally different relationship with work.
AI agents are the great equalizer. The labor and infrastructure that used to cost a fortune is now accessible to every small and mid-market business.
The era of specialization is over. One person can now operate across the entire value chain. These are the five capabilities that define what comes next.
Alignment isn't a technical problem with a technical solution. It's a systems problem — from the model to the boardroom to Main Street.
